About our products:

What measurements do each sizes have?

The measurements for every product are noted on the last product picture each. There you can find the needed measurements for your size in inches and centimeters. If you have any questions about the items fit, feel free to contact us. We would love to help you find the perfect size!

Is it possible to get a custom-made product?

Of course! If you have a special tie-dye pattern or quote in mind that should be embroidered on a product just let us know by sending us an e-mail. We always love seeing new ideas and turning them into a real thing!

Will I get the same product as on the product pictures?

Since every product is hand designed with lots of love and care by hand, you will not get the exact same product as on the pictures, every item is unique. However the color and design scheme is always the same.

What materials are your products made of?

You can find the specific material information in each product description. We are trying to mainly work with cotton. Our organic shirts are made out of 100% organic cotton - certified OCS by Control Union.

We are currently working on releasing organic cotton hoodies and sweatshirts as well.

Are the colors endemic?

Absolutely! The colors we use are made for textile coloring and design. Every tie-dye product will be carefully washed before it will be shipped to you. So you can wear it without worrying and just enjoy the full Spacy Shirts experience!

How do I wash my Spacy Shirts products?

We recommend washing your Spacy Shirts products with cold to lukewarm water by hand only! You can also choose to wash the products in the washing machine on a gentle handwashing program (temperatures up to 30° C / 86° F).

Please do not wash your tie-dye products with light colored or white laundry since there is always the possibility that the dye of your Spacy Shirts products might leave stains. We recommend to single wash them or to wash them with darker laundry.

Can I iron my Spacy Shirts products? Can I put them in the dryer?

Please do not iron or tumble dry your Spacy Shirts products! To preserve the best quality we recommend letting your product dry by itself on a laundry rack. 

About shipping:

Does Spacy Shirts deliver to my country/state?

We ship worldwide! Simply type in the correct shipping address during checkout and your Spacy Shirts product will be shipped right to you!

When will my order get shipped?

After you have placed an order we have a processing time of 2-3 weeks. This is due to everything being hand designed. Of course we will do our best to finish your order as fast as possible. Once your Spacy Shirts product is on its way you will get a confirmation mail (please also check your junk mail for that).

How long will shipping take?

Unfortunately we cannot tell you how long exactly your package will take to arrive at your destination. The shipping time can vary due to possible custom controls, shipping delays of the post office or other factors we can’t control. However there are rarely any shipping problems and the shipping usually takes

  • 2-5 days for Germany,
  • 5-10 days for Europe
  • and 10-20 days for the rest of the world.
Please note that tracked packages will arrive much faster at your destination!

How much will shipping cost me?

Shipping prices will vary according to your shipping location and the product you ordered. Shipping prices will be calculated during checkout.

Is my order insured during shipping?

You can choose between standard shipping and insured shipping. The less expensive standard shipping won’t have a tracking number so you will not be able to track the whereabouts of your package or the date of arrival.

We recommend to always choose the insured shipping option. It will come with a tracking number and you can regularly check the whereabouts and the date of arrival for your package. If you choose the standard shipping and your package gets lost in the mail we will not be liable for a refund or a replacement. For more information check our Shipping Policy.

Do I have to pay customs duties? How much do I have to pay?

You definitely do not have to pay customs if you are based in the EU.

Every shipping label comes with a customs clearance to avoid your package being stuck at customs control. However we have no control over the regular customs control or which packages will be controlled. There is always the possibility that customs charges may occur. To check how much you would need to pay please check the customs specifications for your country.

Absolutely! We are always happy to spread our Spacy Shirts love all over the world and in small lovely businesses.
