Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spacy Shirts.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks.
Your processing time may be affected by such things as customization, quality control and stock.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally from Germany. Please understand that shipping outside of the EU may take 10-20 days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Due to COVID-19, shipping to North America, South America, Asia, Africa and Australia takes up to or longer than 30 days at the moment. We highly suggest to pick the tracked shipping option at checkout to always check the whereabouts of your package.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order gets shipped. Please be aware of the fact that there is standard and insured shipping. You will not get a tracking number with the standard shipping method and we are not liable for any losses of packages in the mail and will not accept a refund for that. Pick that option at your own risk. For shipping with a tracking number please select the tracked shipping option at checkout. 

If a longer shipping time occurs or if it seems that your package got lost in the mail, please contact us at spacyshirts@gmail.com. Of course we want you to be happy with your shopping experience. Therefore in case of your package getting lost in the mail we will offer you a gift card for the amount of the paid price or a replacement of the same product. Please note that if you would like the tracked shipping option this time that you have to pay it on your own.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Spacy Shirts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. However there will be no customs charges on orders from the EU.

If you order from any other country please refer to your customs and taxes office for guidance on ordering online from abroad.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Spacy Shirts​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
